Hello. I am noticing that custom fields are no longer aligning correctly in the edit area of the WordPress admin area. They used to, however. I have attached a screen grab to illustrate. You can see that the input field is sitting right against the field label. Any advice on how I can troubleshoot appreciated. It's doing this in the WordPress default theme as well.

Hi Brandon,

Thank you for contacting our support forum.

Not sure why this is happening but its not reflected on a fresh site.

However could you try temporarily disable all the non-toolset plugins and try checking again ?

Thanks,
Shane

Thanks Shane,

It's actually happening on all websites I have ToolSet installed on, or at least the 8 I have checked so far. They all use various themes and plugins, though disabling plugins doesn't seem to make a difference. I have attached a screen capture of another one. In this one you can see that the description field isn't formatting correctly either.

Do you think it's possible it's a WordPress core issue? All websites are running the latest version.

Hi Brandon,

I dont think its a core issue however i still need to check.

Could you provide me with admin access to the website to have a look around to see if I can find out why this is happening ?

I may need to take a copy of your site to test here locally as well as to escalate to our 2nd tier supporters should it get to that point.

The private fields have been enabled.

Thanks,
Shane

Hi Brandon,

I see the issue where the HTML structure is being create differently for your site. I'm not sure why this is so.

However are you seeing this on the other sites that are using our Types plugin or is it just this site? Also you said this functioned fine on the previous version ?

Please let me know.
Thanks,
Shane
