This is a backend issue but here is a provided snapshot: hidden link. I have

I expected to see:

I expected to see the field group data that I created and assigned to the Staff Member post type

Instead, I got:

A single field named "slug". Here is a small recording of my issue: hidden link. Thanks

Hello. Thank you for contacting the Toolset support.

Well - I checked the video you shared and I can see that post field group is assigned to specific post type but its not displaying when you add/edit the post belongs to that post type.

In order to minimize the cause of the issue - could you please follow the following basic debug steps:
1)
Could you please try to resolve your issue by deactivating all third-party plugins as well as the default theme to check for any possible conflicts with any of the plugins or themes?

2)
Could you please activate WP_DEBUG from wp-config.php file and send me possible errors for review.

3)
If #1 and #2 does not help:

*** Please make a FULL BACKUP of your database and website.***
I would also eventually need to request temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP) to your site. Preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated if possible in order to be of better help and check if some configurations might need to be changed.

I would additionally need your permission to de- and re-activate Plugins and the Theme, and to change configurations on the site. This is also a reason the backup is really important. If you agree to this, please use the form fields I have enabled below to provide temporary access details (wp-admin and FTP).

I have set the next reply to private which means only you and I have access to it.

Still waiting for some assistance regarding why my theme doesn't work with Toolset or is there something I need to do to enable it to work with Toolset.

Yes - this is really weird issue and as you acknowledge that the issue is from the theme you are using.

Is this a custom made theme? As I do not see any theme author details or find more details about this theme.

Even I do not see any error or notice so I could not able to locate the issue.

Toolset will work any other themes. Here are our recommended popular themes you can use with Toolset.
