[Closed] Custom fields disappear and reappear but some seem permanently lost

I am trying to:
I created a custom post type for Software
I created a custom field group called Software CF Group

Link to a page where the issue can be seen:
Issue is in the backend before even getting to front end design/dev

I expected to see:
I built a lot of wordy checkbox fields
I saved after every few fields
They were definitely saved because they, at one point showed in the form I was building
After I tried to drag re-arrange in the form most the fields instantly disappeared - at least it seemed that way

The fields are gone from Software CF Group
YET
They show as options to drag and drop from inside the form

Instead, I got: Here's the kicker!
When I refresh the form page, which currently just shows the submit button, most but not all the fields show in the form builder as being built for a few seconds. Then after the page finishes refreshing they all disappear. I have this in video.

I disabled all plugins except for Oxygen builder which your plugin HAS to work with or I've wasted my money.

I cleared the toolset cache and the oxgen builder cache and rebuilt oxygen's css.

Hello,

The problem you mentioned above is abnormal, Please try these:
1) Deactivate all other plugins (including oxgen builder plugin), switch to WP default theme 2021, and test again
2) If the problem is fixed, then it should be a compatibility issue, please provide a copy of your website in below private message box:
