Custom fields Audio file with an Image

This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
How can i connect a Repeating Field Item to another Item of a repeating Field?

Solution:
1. Either you repeat your Field groups with a Child Post type:

2. Or you follow this (limited possibilities) approach to connect your relating fields to other repeating fields:

Hi - I have a template which will be a repeater field with an audio & image field.

Without using a child post... is there any way to do this without?

I think you can use this?

If I understand incorrectly, can you please explain more about your needs and your data structure (posts, fields and views)?

Hi - Yes sorry - the 2 are related... so the image and audio field will show together on the template - there maybe several pairs.

So the repeater would be a combination of the image and audio, not seperate

It is not possible to connect Repeating Fields by default, but there are workarounds on which I elaborate in depth here:

This is the only way (and not as intuitive as it perhaps is wished) to "connect" two or more retaking fields.

Another possibility is to create many, unique fields.
