Custom field filter - specifying multiple values

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

I think this may be a simple PHP logic thing that I'm not aware of but after searching for ages in Toolset support/docs, couldn't find any reference to this.

I am trying to: filter out any listings that have specific values that have been selected in the custom field 'Status' (radio button) selected.

I can do it fine by specifying one value (Sold) and using the comparison 'Different from'. but I need to specify 1 more (Off market).

Pls see screenshots.

I found that I can add another value when the 'not in' or 'in' comparison is selected. Then an 'Add another value' button appears as per:
