Hello and thank you for contacting Toolset support.

I tried to reproduce this on a clean install and the issue did not appear. I tested it with the previous versions and last week's updated version and the issue was not reproduced at all. Check this screenshot hidden link Both, your image and mine were generated in the form notification without issues.

I have also tested it for User forms and Post forms. You can check my test site here hidden link
And check the emails here hidden link

Based on this test, I would suspect a compatibility bug in your website that triggers this error. Please check if this issue appears when:
- Only Toolset plugins are activated. It will tell us if there is an interaction issue with another plugin.
- The theme is set to a WordPress default like Twenty-Twenty. It will tell us if there is an interaction issue with your theme.
If the problem disappears, start activating one at a time to track where the incompatibility is produced.

If this does not help find the origin of the issue, I'll need to take a closer look at your website and check it to see. Please let me know what form? Where it is being displayed? Your next reply will be private to let you share credentials safely. ** Make a database backup before sharing credentials. **

I installed an email logging plugin to catch the emails that WordPress sends. It seems that the issue is from Gmail's side, and only for you. As you can see on this screenshot, the email was sent correctly hidden link

On my test, I am getting the image on Gmail too. Check this screenshot hidden link

Can you check again on your Gmail account. Maybe the image is not loaded yet!
