I am using a cred form with the Toolset Access plugin. I have restricted access to a specific user (see screenshot)

Now when anyone who dosent have access visits the page that the cred form is embedded in, they see a blank page. My question is is it possible to show some text to those people - something like

"You do not have access to this page, if you believe you should please contact service desk"

You can either use Access ShortCodes in that Page and add any Custom Message:
https://toolset.com/documentation/user-guides/access-control-texts-inside-page-content/

Or you can use a complete different Template for when the user has no access:
https://toolset.com/documentation/user-guides/setting-access-control/ > Choosing what to Display When Read Access is Denied
