Cred forms with woocommerce products

Hello, is it possible to use cred forms as woocommerce shipping/registration info?

I want to be able to let users buy products and then check out by filling in a custom form not the usual woocommerce billing form. The reason for this is, I offer delivery or collection as shipping methods, if a user selects collection then i want to only collect email, name and phone number however if a user selects delivery then I would need all the regular address info.
So really displaying two different forms based on selection (probably a radio button).

Is this something possible?

Dear Andy,

There isn't such a built-in feature within CRED plugin, if you agree we can take it as a feature request, our developers will evaluate it.

Currently, you can use CRED + CRED commerce + Woocommerce plugins do these:
