I have created a few CRED Forms for new posts but none appear on my website.
I have made a very basic dummy one, nothing appears (I had one which used to appear but it doesn't anymore).
Example page: hidden link should have 2 forms included.
At the bottom of each sports provider (example: hidden link) just under the related posts) there is supposed to be a "Edit" leading to a form, not there (though it is there in Layouts - see screenshots) and the link to "review this sports provider" leads to an empty page, though should have 2 forms.
Any idea what could be wrong?
Thanks
Dear Pierre,
The problem you mentioned above is abnormal, please check these:
1) You are using the latest version of CRED plugin, you can download it here:
https://toolset.com/account/downloads/
2) deactivate other plugins and switch to wordpress default theme, and create a new page with only CRED form shortcode, and test again.
Dear Luo,
I have all the latest versions of the plugins installed. I have deleted and reinstalled CRED this morning, didn't help.
All (but Toolset & Fusion) plugins deactivated, didn't help either.
I have then deactivated Fusion plugins & Avada theme and miracle it works again.
I have now reactivated all one by one (& checked everytime to find out who the culprit was...) and it still works. Very weird.
The pages I had created with a CRED Post form after the problems started don't work. I had to delete them and create a new one and now it's fine.
Any idea why that would be?
It seems to be a cache problem, the cache in server side might be cleared when you deactivate plugins. if the problem persists, you can start a new thread or reopen this thread, and provide detail steps to duplicate same problem.
