CRED form to publish content is not showing with Toolset Starter Theme. The page is loading (title, body, etc) but content is blank.
The thing is when I switch to Twentysix or Twentyfive themes, the form is working and it's showing as normal.
I've updated CRED to the lastest version 1.8 and I've also tried to install the previous version of the plugin with no luck.
I guess Toolset Starter Theme is not working as expected with CRED forms.
Can you give me a hand?
Thank you for contacting Toolset Support. I am happy to help you with this.
Can you tell me if you already checked the following?
** IMPORTANT ** Please backup a working copy of site files and database before continuing.
Minimal Set Up:
- All plugins except Toolset disabled
If the issue is gone after Minimal Set Up steps above, activate each plugin one by one to find out which plugin is causing the issue.
Does the issue still persist when you do each step above?
Hi Tia
Thanks for your quick reply.
I have disabled all the plugins except Toolset and is still not showing...
Do you mind if I login and take a look?
Please specify:
1. Name of the form
2. Link to the frontend page
I would like to request temporary access (wp-admin and FTP) to your site to take better look at the issue. You will find the needed fields for this below the comment area when you log in to leave your next reply. The information you will enter is private which means only you and I can see and have access to it.
Our Debugging Procedures
I will be checking various settings in the backend to see if the issue can be resolved. Although I won't be making changes that affect the live site, it is still good practice to backup the site before providing us access. In the event that we do need to debug the site further, I will request to duplicate the site and work in a separate, local development environment to avoid affecting the live site.
Privacy and Security Policy
We have strict policies regarding privacy and access to your information. Please see:

**IMPORTANT**
- Please make a backup of site files and database before providing us access.
- If you do not see the wp-admin/FTP fields this means your post & website login details will be made PUBLIC. DO NOT post your website details unless you see the required wp-admin/FTP fields. If you do not, please ask me to enable the private box. The private box looks like this:

Thank you for that information. I am looking into the issue and will respond shortly after investigating.
The reason this wasn't showing is because there was no layout assigned to it. I created one "Toolset Test Support for Enviar Descubrimiento Page" as an example and you can now see it here:

Here is our getting started guide:

For a header and footer, you would use a hierarchy layout:
https://toolset.com/documentation/user-guides/hierarchical-layouts/
Please let me know if this resolves the issue or if it needs more investigation.
Thanks Tia
It worked like a charm.
I was trying to create a Layout for Pages but it didn't worked, now I see it's better to create a Layout for this page alone.
Cheers 🙂
