I am trying to: I've created the post form call "Add Governor Video" and Edit Post Form doesn't show save button and Form Editor area doesn't show the save form to edit. Additionally, saved format disappeared on "Post type to create/edit" and "Set this post status"

Thanks for the details, I can login into your website and see the problem, in the post form URL:

I get a lots of JS error in my Chrome browser window, for example:
Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property 'forwardRef' of undefined
...
Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property 'Component' of undefined
...
Uncaught TypeError: CodeMirror.fromTextArea is not a function

So there might be some compatibility problem in your website, please check these:

1) Make sure you are using the latest version of Toolset plugins, for example, you are using Toolset Types plugin 3.2.5, but the latest version is 3.2.6, you can download them here:

2) In case it is a compatibility problem, please deactivate other plugins, and switch to wordpress default theme 2019, clear your browser cache, and test again

3) If the problem is fixed, you can locate the problem plugin/theme, by activate them one by one.

Unfortunately, I'm stuck on #1 stage with no update possibility.
1. Toolset Account download https://toolset.com/account/downloads/ just returns to the same page with no file download.
2. Updating through WP backend is not possible. It's showing error message: The package could not be installed. (PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Unable to find End of Central Dir Record signature)

It is strange, please try this:
Goto URL https://toolset.com/account/
click "Downloads" link, check if you can download Toolset plugins, if the problem still persists, please create a new ticket for it.

2) Updating through WP backend is not possible...
It is a known issue of Types plugin 3.2.5, it is fixed in the latest version 3.2.6, I have done below modification in your website:
a) Dashbaord-> Plugins
Deactivate and delete Types plugin, upload and install the Types plugin 3.2.6
Then upgrade other Toolset plugins(Access), it works fine in admin side.

3) And the original problem of this thread still persists in the URL
