Hello

I am developing a site on an internal server using the toolset plugins.

We are currently using a standard url structure in (idp-1.apps.l) and everything works as expected.

However we are now ready to launch the site and have been given a new url to use (intranet.ccfe.ac.uk/delivering). I have changed this in the wordpress settings and most pages work as expected but when submitting any front-end forms now, we are receiving an error (please see screenshot).

It seems to be missing the (/delivering) from the urls.

Please help

Hello Stuartm,

1. You are using older version of Toolset Plugins (Types, Views, Cred, etc). Please update ALL Toolset plugins to it latest official release. Or you can download it from your account:
https://toolset.com/account/downloads/

2. You are using older version of WordPress. Please update WordPress to it latest official release.

3. I can see that MySQL 5.5.56 version in your site, is lower than the required for Toolset. Please upgrade MySQL version (you may contact your hosting support) and see if this resolves the issue: https://toolset.com/toolset-requirements/

4. Try to manually Export CRED from your old site using Toolset settings >> and then import it in your new site using Toolset.
For Toolset content: Please go to Toolset >> Export / Import >>

There are multiple tabs at the top for each plugin (Types, Views, CRED, etc). You need to go to relevant tabs in Export/Import page and export import data for each plugin, into the new site.

Doc here: https://toolset.com/documentation/user-guides/exporting-and-importing-toolset-components-and-settings/

If you have tried this method and the particular Form still not working, please let me know and we will move ahead accordingly to fix it and I will try my best to resolve it at highest priority.
Please don’t forget to take backup before updating themes and plugins.

Thank you
