cred form detached

This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
The cred form detach itself from the assignment and now:

1. can't set the notification back, refuse to save.
2. the contact form detached, no CPT thus can't use..

Solution:
Fixed in CRED 1.9.2.1, please update all Toolset plugins to latest version: https://toolset.com/account/downloads/

Hi Noman, from this ticket/case : https://toolset.com/forums/topic/post-types-connected-to-this-form-cpt-not-listed-for-selection/ . all was good suddently after the latest update , the cred form detach itself from the assignment and now

1. cant set the notification back, refuse to save.

CRED 1.9.2.1 is released with the fixes, so please make sure to use latest version:

thanks for the update.
Yes it seems it resolved the issue.

i just need help lil bit on the code for url page where the form was submitted but could not figure it out.

Btw the update made the notifications and its content to be deleted, am i right ?
