I had another ticket for this, but I postponed responding to it because I thought perhaps it was an issue to do with the BETA version of Toolset CRED (now Forms), but the problem persists after stable release.

The CRED Delete Relationship link does not work successfully on a page that gets posted to. For example, hidden link (webpublic, twigbrow$er ) -- please add equipment to this job post. And subsequently attempt to use a Delete Relationship link. In Firefox, I am issued a warning, "To display this page, Firefox must send information that will repeat any action (such as a search or order confirmation) that was performed earlier." In Chrome I get no such warning, but the removal is unsuccessful on any relationship that was just added.

Does this occur because I have the Delete Relationship links on a page that is also used to create posts? Is there any way around this without breaking the forms out onto separate pages? Is there a way to get around this data submit warning?

I disabled all plugins and reverted to the default WP theme, but the issue still occurs. It is definitely not a compatibility issue.

Any assistance is greatly appreciated! Thank you!
