Creating CRED Form allowing to choose Parent Post, Category AND Title

Hello,

I am trying to allow users to create a One Parent Post (Music Band) with a Toolset Form but I don't know how to allow them to choose a category (Music Style) for this post in the Form.

Furthermore, I would now would like to allow them to create songs (with the relationship Parent = Music Band & Children = Song - One to Many). Is there a way to automatically assign their children post (songs) to their parent post (Music Band) or at least to allow them to add manually, with a Form, their songs (children posts) to their band (parent post) ?

Is there any documentation that you are following?
No i am actually looking for a documentation.
