creating a site without using woocommerce

I want to create a puppies for sale page for my clients site. I want to list the price, but don't want them to click on each dog to pay. I will have a separate page for payments.
So do I have to use the woocommerce plugin?
I want to use just the plugins needed to create the site.
I've uploaded an image of how I want to display my dogs for sale, but of course using my own fields.

I've downloaded the sample classified site, but not sure I need all the woocommerce and all.

Toolset plugins don't offer the payment functionality. we integrate our plugins with WooCommerce to enable Toolset users to customize build their websites with Toolset and have the ability to buy products through WooCommerce.

So, if your business involves the actual purchasing process like adding to cart, checkout and the actual payment methods, then you will need WooCommerce or any alternative plugin but currently, our products are compatible with WooCommerce.
