Tell us what you are trying to do? I am just beginning to start Toolset Access and I would like some help in setting it up properly.. I will create a custom role and this particular role should be able to access one particular block that's on a content template... Any other role would not be able to view this block.. Please advise how I can achieve this.. The document below seems to show how to hide text using the classic editor.. I am using block editor and I am a bit confused if I were to use short-code how do I use it for blocks? In the link provided below to my site, i'd like to control access to the link below the logo which is currently in a Custom HTML block

Is there any documentation that you are following?https://toolset.com/documentation/user-guides/access-control/access-control-texts-inside-page-content/

Is there a similar example that we can see?

What is the link to your site? hidden link

Hi Alim

You can apply such conditions with the Conditional block (which sets conditions for the display of any blocks added inside it).

In the screenshot you can see me adding such a condition based upon the current user role.

Hopefully now that you see how to do it it should be straightforward.

My issue is resolved now. Thank you!

Yes it seems pretty straightforward now.. but I am glad you shared the screenshot.. as I would not have realised I had to use the OTHER ROLE as the selection on the right side.. saved me some time!..;-)..

Thanks again..

Regards,
Alim
