Create a view in home page

This support ticket is created 4 years ago. There's a good chance that you are reading advice that it now obsolete.

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

i am trying to create a view
directly from the home page mail block view gives me the possibility only to choose an existing one

Hello. Thank you for contacting the Toolset support.

Can you please navigate to:
=> Toolset => Settings => General tab => Editing Experience and select the option"Show both the legacy and Blocks interface and let me choose which to use for each item I build"

And then try to refresh the page and try to add the view block and see if it allow you to create a new view using block mode.
