[Resolved] Crashes sites everytime I activate toolset.

This support ticket is created 4 years, 3 months ago. There's a good chance that you are reading advice that it now obsolete.

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

I am trying to: I had an issue with the site crashing (white screen of death). I've disabled plugins folder then reenabled. Everytime I activate toolset it crashes again. I've updated PHP and am running Generate Press Premium. No other plugins are conflicting.

What you can do is to let me know what the exact error is .

To do this please follow the instructions in the link below to enable the wordpress debugging.

I have debug defined as true... don't see any errors other than it says PHP needs updating but I have done that.

Hi Patricia,

Sometimes the errors do not display.

What you can do is to check the php logs for your server to see if there is any error messages there as well ?

If you're sure how to do this I would recommend that you contact your hosting provider to see if they can provide you with the information in the logs.
