Country List Dropdown

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

I am creating a user registration form where I want to capture where the user lives. It does not seem realistic to enter all country name manually in the select field. Does Toolset offer a default country list dropdown that I use?

Unfortunately, there is no alternative to manually entering the options.

There are no API functions that would help to generate such a dropdown list programmatically, but once you have set up such a field on one site you would be able to export the Types settings and import them to another site.

I've added this thread to an internal ticket we have about improving this in the future.

My issue is not resolved but seems like this has been added as feature request.
