[Resolved] Convert content to shortcode

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Hi,

I have imported a lot of contents with links, but the links are displayed into shortcodes instead of being inserted as HTML.
Here is what they look like :

[my link name-><em><u>hidden link</u></em>;

How would it be possible to build a custom shortcode with WordPress that would display those links into real <a> tags ?

Thank you for contacting us and I'd be happy to assist.

The format or structure that you've shared, is very strange and different from the usual shortcodes used in WordPress.

Do you recall which plugin or theme was used earlier to add this imported content?

In case the source plugin or theme of that content is not known, you'll need some custom script/code to systematically convert those shortcodes into links, at the database level.
