I am trying to: figure out how to fix the content templates that stopped working after upgrading to wordpress 5.2.2

Link to a page where the issue can be seen: hidden link

I expected to see: The page displaying additional post types displayed in the page's content template

Instead, I got: the content template is not displaying

Hello. Thank you for contacting the Toolset support.

First of all - After checking to debug information you shared with us, I found that you are using really old outdated Toolset plugins. We always recommend running your site with latest stable release plugin version.

We publish the Types 3.0 with the new many to many relationships and we have added the number of new features to this major release last year in about May 2018.

Please check the following blog:
=> https://toolset.com/2018/05/toolset-post-relationships-release/
=> https://toolset.com/2018/05/when-if-to-migrate-relationships-in-old-toolset-sites/

*** Please make a FULL BACKUP of your database and website.***

I would advise you to please try to update the Toolset plugins manually from plugins page:
- Deactivate and Delete all Toolset plugins from the plugins page
- Download the latest Toolset Types plugins you require from your accounts page:
=> https://toolset.com/account/downloads/
- Upload and activate first Types plugin and then you are free to install and activate all other Toolset plugins.

I'm confused, as the plugins all appear up to date. Meaning they do not indicate that upgrades are available. I upgraded the plugin about a year ago. This is the second time upgrades have completely broken the plugin.

After upgrading, I am still not seeing all of the custom post types displaying in my template. Is there another step to restore the content template?

Can you please share access details and problem URL where you do not see the content template is assigned as well as which content template you want to see as assigned?

I would also eventually need to request temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP) to your site. Preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated if possible in order to be of better help and check if some configurations might need to be changed.

I have set the next reply to private which means only you and I have access to it.
