I cannot use WPBakery Page Builder for content templates and custom archives creation.

I have already enabled it in the settings but clicking on anything in WPBakery has no effect (issue: https://toolset.com/errata/can-no-longer-edit-content-templates-with-wp-bakery-page-builder/ - the "workaround" is not available anymore?).

Could you please share the workaround with me and have a look at my website?

What's more, even if I wanted to use Block Editor, it doesn't work either as the content is not being saved. I would like to share the login credentals with you. How can I do that?

Can you please check what theme you are using?

Could you please try to resolve your issue by switching to default theme (twentytwnety) to check if content template and archives works?

If you are using FSE theme - please check the following errata:

The support team of the theme I am using helped me to solve the problem with WPBakery page builder. I am now able to create content templates using this editor.

Unfortunately, I am still not able to edit custom archives because the block editor does not display there. I only see the old text editor. Even if I make changes in the editor, the archive page does not show them. This is not connected with the theme as far as I know.

what if you navigate to:
=> Toolset => Settings => General tab => Editing experience section, please select the option "Show both the legacy and Blocks interface and let me choose which to use for each item I build" and from "Editor to use for WordPress Archives" section please select option "Block Editor"

Now, navigate to your archive and try to reload the archive and check if you able to edit with block editor.

Unfortunately, it doesn't work with these settings, as I have already tried it.

Can you please share admin access details and link of your archive and let me check whats going wrong with your setup.

*** Please make a FULL BACKUP of your database and website.***
I would also eventually need to request temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP) to your site. Preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated if possible in order to be of better help and check if some configurations might need to be changed.

I have set the next reply to private which means only you and I have access to it.

The archive you created somehow broken so I set the archive to display with blocks and its showing now the blocks editor.

However - I can still see the error in block editor:

Nie można wyświetlić podglądu bloku z powodu wystąpienia błędu.

When I checked the browser's console there is error from the theme file.

Can you please try to switch to default theme and check if you able to access the block editor without any issues?

Changing the theme to a default theme unfortunately does not fix the problem. The error continues to appear. I cannot create custom archives or use the blocks editor.

To minimize the cause of the issue and to ensure there is no conflict between the third-party plugins you use:

Could you please try to resolve your issue by deactivating all third-party plugins check for any possible conflicts with any of the plugins you use?
- Do you see any difference?
