Tell us what you are trying to do?

I'm trying to get custom menu into the content template. I have the menu using HTML, CSS and JS in the template but now the content to the right of the menu is below the menu. Not sure what is happening here since it looks correct in the template. The front end isn't working correctly.

Do you have any suggestions to fix this issue? Please advise.
