Hi, when I click on 'Update' button the wheel keeps spinning, it will not save my content template. I can save a WordPress archive without problems.

I deactivated all plugins that are safe to delete, so what's still active is up to date and visible in the uploaded images.
I do see a notice on the content template screen:

Notice: Undefined index: in /home/wsintern/public_html/keratinehaarproducten.nl/wp-content/plugins/sitepress-multilingual-cms/sitepress.class.php on line 9670

Maybe this has to do with it?

Kind regards,

Willem

Hi Willem,

I can not duplicate same problem in my localhost, please try this:
1) deactivate other plugins and switch to wordpress default theme,
2) enable wordpress debug mode, repeat the actions you mentioned above, and post the debug logs here.
https://toolset.com/documentation/user-guides/debugging-types-and-views/
Also check if there is any java-script error.
We need locate which plugin is not compatible with Views.

i have this problem from time to time on two websites. check the console on chrome - i usually had a error message that came back after the ajax update. something with "unexpected >.....". that's often when there is a unexpected error coming from the server, breaking the answer.

anyhow, the quick fix is always to delete the whole "views" plugins directory and reinstall it. maybe it helps you too.

Hi, I will try the quick fix as well, this is from the console in Chrome, looks like a Javascript error. Any ideas on this?

Ok, I found the plugin that is causing the problem: WooCommerce Multilingual, can this be fixed or provide a temp. fix for me?

Kind regards,

Willem

user/pass: xgren/111111

With WooCommerce Multilingual activated:
hidden link

Could you duplicate same problem in it?

#226300

Hi, I don't think I will manage to replicate it, because I don't know what's wrong. So I think we need to focus more on my installation, if I can provide you with more debugging info, please let me know how.

Anyways, ofcourse I wanted to test your install to double check it, but first thing I notices was this message:

WooCommerce Multilingual is enabled but not effective. It requires WPML Media in order to work.

Kind regards,

Willem

I just activate WPML Media in above test site, but still can not duplicate same problem in it, please check again:

Hi Luo, did you find anything, it's very annoying to disable and enable plugin everytime.

#231148

Hi Luoy, on a new stagingsite (same URL and details, only replace the '4' with a '5') I updated the WooCommerce Multilingual plugin, because there was a update available. However, this is causing new problem which you can see on the other staging site.

Problem 1) See http://stackoverflow.com/questions/24640152/updating-wp-plugin-adds-a-user-agent-stylesheet-possible.
Problem 2) The warning: "Notice: Trying to get property of non-object in /home/wsintern/staging/5/wp-content/plugins/woocommerce-multilingual/inc/terms.class.php on line 256".

Kind regards,

Willem
