Tell us what you are trying to do?
I am having trouble with a content template fully loading so I can edit and save it. I was able to open and edit without issues up to a few days ago, but now when opening with dev tools on, the fetch info shows a 404 Not Found status for this template (screenshot attached)

Another error I could see in dev tools in the Img tab, was that a 'Business Logo' field may be causing some issue. (screenshot attached) It was working fine when I first built it and was testing, but suddenly has an error.

The content template was built with Stackable blocks + Toolset blocks and is pulling in custom fields information from a CPT called 'Premium Advertisers'.

I can supply login info for you to take a look and see if you can help debug why this is suddenly happening that it will not completely load.

I am having trouble creating a Duplicator back up of this Lakelubbers.com site because I am getting Timeout 524 errors when it is trying to build the package. If you need this kind of access to my site, is there another way? I do have a full back up already made with BackWPup as well, and I would be OK to provide temporary WP admin access for you to assess the site.

Hello,

You can put the BackWPup full back up in your own google drive disk, and share the link in below private message box, also point out the problem content template URL, thanks

#2572479

I have requested access to your Google drive share link, please grant it.

#2572773

Sorry Luo. I thought just having the link would allow you to download it. I have granted access now.

#2573177

I am downloading the files, will update here if find anything

I can install the package files in my localhost, when I open the content template 'Premium Advertisers', my browser was stuck, and can not change/save the content template.

It seems you have setup blocks(from other plugins) in that content template, and conducts the problem.

Please try these:
1) Trash/delete that content template "Premium Advertisers"
2) Create a new one for single "Premium Advertisers" post,
It works fine in my localhost, I can display the 'Business Logo' field with Toolset image block correctly, see my screenshot BusinessLogo.jpg

I stated in my original post here that the content template was built with Stackable blocks + Toolset blocks... which I have been using on another content template that behaves as expected .

I used Stackable blocks to help create the column structure and display icons with text more easily, but have recently discovered that only Stackable 2.0 blocks are considered fully compatible, so maybe that is the issue? I was not paying attention to which version of Stackable blocks I was placing in the template (v2.0 or v3.0)

Kind of disappointed that the answer for this template here is basically 'Start Over' and this template design is not salvageable.

Is there any difference between going through Toolset → Dashboard and clicking the Create Content Template button in the row of the post type you want to design a template for -- VS-- going to Toolset → Content Templates and clicking the Add New button there? Do both of these steps result in the same thing?

Unfortunately, we can not fix other plugin's issue, and you can try Toolset Grid Block to design the columns:
https://toolset.com/block-item/grid/

And the difference is:
1) Toolset → Dashboard and clicking the Create Content Template button in the row of the post type you want to design a template for
It will create the content template and assign it to single custom post

2) Toolset → Content Templates and clicking the Add New button there
It will create the content template, but does not assign to any post

Luo-
I trashed the previous content template and rebuilt an entirely new one yesterday using primarily Toolset and native Gutenberg blocks. Only Stackable v2 blocks were a few icons.
All was working fine and I had gotten it back to the point of all the elements back together and today I logged in and added one Toolset single field to the content template and now it will not fully load again.
I am very frustrated and still need help figuring this out.

Tried in Chrome and Firefox, cleared browser cache... no changes. The developer tools again showing a 404 Not Found error for the template page

Can I provide login details for you to look at this new content template? Or do I need to upload a brand new backup somewhere?

#2579393

Telling me to trash this template again and start over is not something I'd like to do -- it took me a whole day to rebuild with Toolset containers and blocks. I would like to know if there is a way to view/edit the content template code another way (cpanel file manager?) so I could go in and just remove the last block I added before this issue came up again.?

This post suggests I could edit the template with access to the WP database. Can you instruct me further on where/how to access 'hidden custom post type' ?

I was able to figure out how to access the content template via phpMyAdmin in the posts table. I began removing code blocks that I was adding just before the problem started occurring where I could not load the content template.

I discovered that when I removed the code for the Toolset Image Slider block, then content template opened fully and I could edit and save it once again:

<!-- wp:toolset-blocks/image-slider {"dynamic":{"tb-image-slider":{"isActive":true,"provider":"__current_post","source":"toolset_custom_field|custom-field-group-for-premium-advertisers","field":"photo-gallery"},"toolsetDSVersion":"240000"},"lightboxGroup":"ded57a3f-7fdf-4520-803c-ac3e39887902","breakpoints":{"tablet":781,"phone":599}} -->
<div class="tb-image-slider" data-toolset-blocks-image-slider="1"><div class="tb-image-slider--carousel tb-image-slider--crop glide" data-glide-number-slides="3"><div class="glide__arrows" data-glide-el="controls"><button class="glide__arrow glide__arrow--left" data-glide-dir="<"><span class="tb-slider-left-arrow"></span></button><button class="glide__arrow glide__arrow--right" data-glide-dir=">"><span class="tb-slider-right-arrow"></span></button></div><div class="glide__track" data-glide-el="track"><ul class="glide__slides">[wpv-for-each field="wpcf-photo-gallery"]<li class="glide__slide"><a href="[types field='photo-gallery' output='raw']" data-lightbox="ded57a3f-7fdf-4520-803c-ac3e39887902">[types field='photo-gallery' alt='%%ALT%%' size='large'][/types]</a><div class="tb-image-slider__caption">
			<figcaption>[tb-caption url="[types field='photo-gallery' output='raw']"]</figcaption>
		</div></li>[/wpv-for-each]</ul></div></div></div>
<!-- /wp:toolset-blocks/image-slider -->

Now, I need to figure out why that Image Slider block is causing problems. These custom posts for 'Advertisers' are created through a Toolset Post Form where the user uploads images they want to be displayed in the photo gallery slider on their page.

Thanks for the details, I can see the problem with your duplicator package files in my localhost, I am trying to debug it, will update here if find anything

I have tried the same settings in below fresh WP installation + the latest version of Toolset plugins, see below sandbox website:
Login URL: hidden link

Content template with Toolset sliders block:
hidden link
I can edit/save above content template without any issues.

Do you have any clue to reproduce the same problem in above test site?

And currently, you can use below workaround:
Edit your content template, add a WordPress built-in "Custom HTML" block, copy/paste the shortcode you mentioned above in it:

<!-- wp:toolset-blocks/image-slider {"dynamic":{"tb-image-slider":{"isActive":true,"provider":"__current_post","source":"toolset_custom_field|custom-field-group-for-premium-advertisers","field":"photo-gallery"},"toolsetDSVersion":"240000"},"lightboxGroup":"ded57a3f-7fdf-4520-803c-ac3e39887902","breakpoints":{"tablet":781,"phone":599}} -->
<div class="tb-image-slider" data-toolset-blocks-image-slider="1"><div class="tb-image-slider--carousel tb-image-slider--crop glide" data-glide-number-slides="3"><div class="glide__arrows" data-glide-el="controls"><button class="glide__arrow glide__arrow--left" data-glide-dir="<"><span class="tb-slider-left-arrow"></span></button><button class="glide__arrow glide__arrow--right" data-glide-dir=">"><span class="tb-slider-right-arrow"></span></button></div><div class="glide__track" data-glide-el="track"><ul class="glide__slides">[wpv-for-each field="wpcf-photo-gallery"]<li class="glide__slide"><a href="[types field='photo-gallery' output='raw']" data-lightbox="ded57a3f-7fdf-4520-803c-ac3e39887902">[types field='photo-gallery' alt='%%ALT%%' size='large'][/types]</a><div class="tb-image-slider__caption">
            <figcaption>[tb-caption url="[types field='photo-gallery' output='raw']"]</figcaption>
        </div></li>[/wpv-for-each]</ul></div></div></div>
<!-- /wp:toolset-blocks/image-slider -->

It works fine in my localhost, see my screenshot: pa-ct.jpg
