And you have chosen to show a Content Template to users who do not have rights to see the page content, and that Content Template is not displaying as expected.
Hi Nigel,
The issue is the formatting of the page, not that the page itself isn't showing up. For some reason, those buttons are not displaying the way I have them formatted in the content template.
I would like to request temporary access (wp-admin and FTP) to your site to take better look at the issue. You will find the needed fields for this below the comment area when you log in to leave your next reply. The information you will enter is private which means only you and I can see and have access to it.
Our Debugging Procedures
I will be checking various settings in the backend to see if the issue can be resolved. Although I won't be making changes that affect the live site, it is still good practice to backup the site before providing us access. In the event that we do need to debug the site further, I will duplicate the site and work in a separate, local development environment to avoid affecting the live site.
- Please make a backup of site files and database before providing us access.
- If you do not see the wp-admin/FTP fields this means your post & website login details will be made PUBLIC. DO NOT post your website details unless you see the required wp-admin/FTP fields. If you do not, please ask me to enable the private box. The private box looks like this: hidden link
Please, let me know if you need any additional details. Have a nice day.
After some tests, the button layout seems to be displaying fine now, could you please check it? Basically, we changed a bit the content template, removed it as the template for the redirect page in the Access control, then we reverted these changes and appears to be working now.
Please review it and let us know if you still see issues in the find-my-material redirect page.
It is strange, because it was working for us when the last message was sent to you, and it still works if we access the page using a ?nocache is added to the url: hidden link
However, we checked that the buttons do not appear well accessing the URL without the nocache tag. Regardless, this tag is an indicative that perhaps there is a strong caching present on the page. Could you please make sure to clear every cache existing in the website/server and in your browser?
At last, if the issue remains, do we have your permission to migrate the website to a copy version hosted in our servers? In order to make more tests without compromising the live production.
Please let us know, thank you.
