Content Template for woocomerce products does not work

This support ticket is created 3 years, 9 months ago. There's a good chance that you are reading advice that it now obsolete.

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

Hi,
I am trying to create a content template for the products of my woocometce (for now I do it locally not in the real site)
after I save it, my site's shop still uses the old default appearance like I never added a new content template.

also, i want to add the attributes in the content template of each product but i cannot find any relative field or dynamic input to do that. how can i add this to the product content template ?

Thank you for getting in touch.

Its going to be quite difficult to know exactly what the issue is if i'm not able to look at the site.

However here are a few things you can double check.

1. Ensure that Toolset Woocommerce Blocks is installed and active.
2. Ensure that all the Toolset Plugins are up to date.
3. On your custom template ensure that it is assigned to the Products Post Type.
4. Switch to one of the Default wordpress themes and check again.
