Hi,

I use "SmartMag", Version: 3.1.0 from ThemeSphere, it used to work well with Toolset. But since a view months, I would say after the new relationsship-model was introduced, my assigned content templates do not work anymore.

If I create a new simple content template (just showing the body and a further text string to show up if ll works) and apply it to all posts - the post show that it is assigned, but the template does not play out. If I switch back to standard theme it is there.

Enabling the debug mode and having the SmatMag active no pop-up shows up.

I am totally lost how to get Toolset running!!! And suggestions?

Kind regards, Martin

the template does not play out
Check the page source - is the content in the markup but hidden by CSS or JavaScript?
Go to Toolset > Settings > Front-end content and check "enable theme support debugging". Follow the instructions in this document to test Content Template support: https://toolset.com/documentation/user-guides/theme-support-for-content-templates/

Enabling the debug mode and having the SmatMag active no pop-up shows up.
Check to be sure you have disabled the popup blocker on your browser. If the pop-up still does not show up, there is a JavaScript error somewhere on your page that must be fixed. The pop-up code is inserted down at the bottom of the document, so if there is a breaking JavaScript error anywhere above that the pop-up code is not executed. Open the browser console to see if any JS errors appear, and resolve those errors.

Let me know what you find out and we can go from there.
