Hi !

I have created a conte template with 3 views inside.

I want to add this content template to my page in adding a bloc 'Content template'.
When I update the page, the bloc is still in my left pane but is not displaying on the web.

If I reload the page, the "Content template" bloc disappear....

Impossible to add it on that main page.
However it works if I add this content template in an empty page.

Hi there

I think we would need to be able to try this ourselves on your site to see what is happening and the context you are inserting the template into, if that would be possible?

Let me mark your next reply as private so that we can get log-in credentials from you—you may want to create a temporary admin user for us to use that you can later delete. And be sure to have a current backup of your site.

Can you also confirm the specific steps of what you are aiming to do.

Hi Nigel.
I'm not sure my reply is in private mode as I don't see any notice as usual...

At the end of my Welcome page I need to add a Content Template that contains 3 views. It's a very small site. I'll indicate them in the private reply when you allow me to do it 😉

Hello there,

Thanks for your reply.

I would like to request temporary access (wp-admin and FTP) to your site to take better look at the issue. You will find the needed fields for this below the comment area when you log in to leave your next reply. The information you will enter is private which means only you and I can see and have access to it.

Our Debugging Procedures

I will be checking various settings in the backend to see if the issue can be resolved. Although I won't be making changes that affect the live site, it is still good practice to backup the site before providing us access. In the event that we do need to debug the site further, I will duplicate the site and work in a separate, local development environment to avoid affecting the live site.

Privacy and Security Policy

We have strict policies regarding privacy and access to your information. Please see:
https://toolset.com/privacy-policy-and-gdpr-compliance/#data-shared-with-our-support
**IMPORTANT**

- Please make a backup of site files and database before providing us access.
- If you do not see the wp-admin/FTP fields this means your post & website login details will be made PUBLIC. DO NOT post your website details unless you see the required wp-admin/FTP fields. If you do not, please ask me to enable the private box. The private box looks like this: hidden link

Please, let me know if you need any additional details. Have a nice day.

Hello,

Thanks for providing the access.

We have duplicated the homepage, and the issue is not happening to the dupe page (which is now the new homepage). Please check if everything is working as expected now.

Looking forward to your reply. Thank you.

HHi !
It solves the issue indeed.
However, I think the source of the issue is still there.

Actually, if you go to the content template and make a modification, it's impossible to save it. At other places also the "update" button stays inactive.

Can you please take a look ?

Best regards,

Fabrice

Hello Fabrice,

Thanks for your reply.

We have just checked the content template again, but so far we couldn't reproduce those issues. You'll see that we added a 'test' paragraph, and it saved without problems.

May I kindly ask you to record a video replicating the issue and send it to us? In order to know the exact step-by-step to experience the issue.

Please keep us posted. Thank you.
