I would like to start with an apology for asking thousands of questions. Just trying to learn your plugin to be more effective and create so many dynamic websites.

My next challenge is to be able to make the content as wide as possible. However, there is a kind of hidden sidebar that I couldn't remove and make the page look quite ugly.

I uploaded the page for you and you can find this page in my pages section about editing a profile. Could you please help me to remove that gray line? Once I can stretch the content, I will apply the same way to make my other content 90% width as well.

I sincerely appreciate your patience while learning the your platform.

Hi there

I can't really comment on that page layout without being able to see it first hand, to use the browser dev tools to inspect the page source to understand where the line comes from.

If this is a page with a form to edit a user profile I guess it won't be possible to do that without an account to edit the profile of.

Could we get access to your site and the steps required to access this page to be able to visit it. If we have an administrator account we can also take a look at how the page is being generated.

Let me mark your next reply as private so that we can get log-in credentials from you—you may want to create a temporary admin user for us to use that you can later delete. And be sure to have a current backup of your site.

Hi Nigel, I got that gray line disappeared. So it is good now.

However I am still wondering how I can extend the main container's width to 90% or customize it in general.

I would appreciate it if you could provide some suggestions for this update.

Hi,

Thanks for writing back.

I changed the page layout option to 'No Sidebar' and the sidebar area from the right side has been removed.

There are many custom CSS and theme styles applied to the page. But to make the main content area cover the full available width of the page, you can include the following custom CSS code in the Divi theme's custom CSS:

#main-content > .container {
    display: block;
}

Any further adjustments to the width can be applied to the inner blocks, as needed.
