I've good news for you.

We just publish the Toolset Blocks 1.6.23 and Toolset Views 3.6.23 that contains the fix for this issue.

You can update whatever plugin you are using either Blocks or Views. You can download the latest Toolset plugins from your account's download page:

Well, I apreciate your efford, but the conditional blocks don't works. hidden link i espected some other icons according to conditions...
