"Content layout editor" button not working to create layouts from in post

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

Hi, our 2nd tier team and developers have conferred and discussed the options here. They have informed me that disabling the heartbeat is not recommended when using our software, and unexpected problems arising from the deactivation of this core WordPress feature may appear. Unfortunately we will not be able to provide support for those issues, as they would represent customizations to the core feature set of WordPress.

As an alternative, I may be able to provide assistance troubleshooting any individual queries caused by Toolset plugins that are consistently running longer than 0.5ms and causing server overloads. You can use the Query Monitor plugin to help pinpoint those queries, and then I can create a clone of your site to test further. Let me know if you'd like to proceed here.

Siteground hosting strongly recommend disabling heartbeat and our site is high traffic meaning that heartbeat regularly causes site outages with huge requests from wp-admin.php.

I will just have to find ways to work around this. Thank you for your help.
