I am trying to:
Access the contact page of my website

Link to a page where the issue can be seen:
hidden link

I expected to see:
A working page 🙂

Instead, I got:

Hello,

I am downloading the duplicator package files, will update here if find anything

#2158139

I can install the duplicator package in my localhost, but I don't see the PHP errors in my localhost, but I see other JS errors in my Chrome browser console window:

Uncaught Error: cannot call methods on dialog prior to initialization; attempted to call method ‘option’
Uncaught ReferenceError: QTags is not defined

Above issue is a known compatibility issue with DIVI theme, see our erratum:
https://toolset.com/errata/js-errors-editing-posts-with-divi-divi-builder-fails-to-load-for-posts-using-a-toolset-template/

You might consider the workaround mentioned in above erratum:
The only workaround for the time being would be to either temporarily disable Toolset Blocks while editing such posts

And the suggestion from our developer is:
Do not mix Toolset and Divi on the same pages

#2158449

That's helpful on the Javascript error. It's not so much my issue though as the contact page is failing because of the toolset view that I can't even remove right now. It's running on Kinsta which is a leading host with lots of ram and php8. What can I do to resolve this?

PHP: Version
8
PHP: memory_limit
256M
PHP: post_max_size
128M
PHP: max_execution_time
300
PHP: upload_max_filesize
128M
PHP: max_input_time
300
PHP: max_input_vars
10000

There might be other server/compatibility issue in your website, it works fine in my localhost with your duplicator package, see my screenshot.
And I have tried the WordPress access details you provided above, but get below error:
This has been disabled

If you need more assistance for it, please provide a test site with the same problem, fill below private message box with login details and FTP/SFTP access, I need a live website to test and debug.
