This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
Contact form is not working, and I receive no emails, so it here

Solution:
All issues are fixed.

This support ticket is created 3 years, 9 months ago. There's a good chance that you are reading advice that it now obsolete.

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

I am trying to:
1. Receive emails both from forum and contractor(s)
2. Submit above problem to https://toolset.com/home/contact-us/account-and-finance-contact-form/, which does not let me submit as it asks for reCaptcha, however reCaptcha is never shown

Since quite a while I do not receive emails from forum tickets I follow or created, neither from new or follow up messages in Contractor Message.

The latter is bad for me, because I do not login to Toolset everyday, and would expect an email sent when a prospect tries to get in touch with me (or worse, follows up with messages)

Could you look into this?
I am subscribed to all topics and have emails turned on both in forum and profile, see hidden link

I also am positive the emails are not in my spam inboxes.

PS the custom search on this page is also broken, https://toolset.com/block-item/, when changing the dropdown then nothing happens. It seems the AJAX is not fired to update the search.

Hi Beda,

I've updated the systems team regarding all of the issues you reported:
- You are not able to receive emails (Receive emails both from forum and contractor(s) )
- You are not able to submit the contact form
- The search filter is broken on the following page: https://toolset.com/block-item/

I'll get in touch with you as soon as get any update on this. I'll keep you posted here.

How do you know that contractor contacted you? from your account's page?

And just to double check - you do not get email notification of forum replies as well - correct? so two issues:
- you do not get email notification when someone contact you from contractor's page: https://toolset.com/contractors/
- And you do not get email notification of forum replies

Yes I know from the actual profile > contractor messages
Each time I log in to toolset I check those manually.

However when I’m not accidentally logging in like now, I usually forget to keep an eye on those things.

And yes, it’s technically 2 issues, one is forum and the other is contractor messages.

I think it’s resolved at least for forum tickets, because I just received an email from another ticket I’ve open where Waqar replied

I’ll wait for your news as well as checking for contractor messages, but it look like it’s fixed!

Can you please confirm the contractor email notification works for you or not.

I'll let you know as soon I can confirm (it needs some contractor to message me again before I can confirm).

I guess systems will also know wether it is solved or not, given there obviously was a problem somewhere, since it wasn't working before and is working now for forum tickets (and it wasn't related to a typo on my email or else 😉 )

I just got the news that the contractor email notification issue should also be fixed as you started getting the forum reply email notification. Please keep eye on it and let me know if you are not getting email notification as contractor.

I'll close here for now then, since I receive notifications for Forum topics just fine and Systems confirms it should be the same fix/issue.
I can always open a new ticket if that wouldn't be the case.
