Once I disable the Toolset Views plugin, the navigation works well. Kindly also note that the navigation works well on all other pages.

I've tried various methods, and the closest I've come to is if I may a selection from the filters and hit the submit button, then the navigation hamburger menu button works. I've very strange.

Kindly assist.

It seems that you are using other cache problem in your website, and conduct the problem.

Since you did not provide admin account, I can not check other plugins in your website.
Please try these:
Deactivate other cache plugins, and test again.
