I am attempting to set up a user role for Translators. When I created the role using Toolset Access, I find a plugin conflict with iThemes Security Pro causing a critical error on the website when the user with the new role (non-admin) signs into the website. This occurs after the 2FA setup procedure provided by iThemes Security Pro, or when you skip the onboarding (i.e. go to /wp-admin). Thanks in advance for your help.

Hello. Thank you for contacting the Toolset support.

There is a known issue but with other plugins. Can you please try to use workaround shared with the following link and check if that works. If it does we will have to update the following page and we will add the plugin name iTheme Security Pro as well.

In this case, I also had installed the 3.6.0 release of the Enable Media Replace plugin. Thank you, my issue is resolved!
