I am trying to: I created a new CPT (called article) with custom fields.
Link to a page where the issue can be seen: still under construction.
I expected to see: Custom fields, when creating a new custom post.
Instead, I got: The custom fields just show up, when I use the admin user account. I have another custom user role and the custom fields do not show up. I disabled every plugin and realized that enabling the "GiveWP" plugin, the custom fields disappear. There seems to be a conflict with the two plugins. The strange thing is, that this does not happen when logged in as admin.
Hello. Thank you for contacting the Toolset support.
First of all - After checking to debug the information you shared with us, I found that you are using outdated Toolset plugins. We always recommend running your site with the latest stable release plugin version.

Could you please update ALL Toolset plugins to it's latest officially released version. You can download the latest plugin release from your accounts page:
=> https://toolset.com/account/downloads/
- Do you see the issue with latest Toolset plugins? If yes: please let me know.
Thanks for the answer Minesh. I am now on vacation. Once I am back, I will update the plugin and will see if this works. Please don't close this thread meanwhile.
Can you please share admin access details as well as the access details for the user using which I can see the issue.
In addition to that please share details where I can see the issue on what page/post or steps to reproduce the issue.

I would also eventually need to request temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP) to your site. Preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated if possible in order to be of better help and check if some configurations might need to be changed.
I have set the next reply to private which means only you and I have access to it.
Thanks for the help. I hope, that you can fix the issue in a next release. Meanwhile I have deactivated the GiveWP plugin via an own "must-use" plugin and on specific URLs. But this is just a workaround...not a solution.
