When a Custom Field Group is assigned to some post type then the field group is shown in a metabox on post edit screens.
But when Types, Forms, and Access, together with the GiveWP plugin are active, the metaboxes are missing.
The issue requires all 4 plugins to be active.
The only workaround for the time being is to deactivate one of Forms, Access, or GiveWP temporarily.
This same issue is happening for me with just Types and Access and a Beaver Builder child theme active.
Activing Beaver Builder parent theme also doesn’t fix the issue. I have to disable Access to workaround it.
I feel this has to do with the recent update where post field access capabilities were apparently modified.
There’s nothing in the Access changelog to suggest recent changes that would impact this, and if the problem on your site requires Beaver Builder it is a similar but different issue to this.
