Dear Lolaz,

Thanks for the details, I can see there is a JS error in the URL you mentioned above:
Uncaught TypeError: b(...).not(...).filter(...).mediaelementplayer is not a function
see screenshot: beta.JPG

In case it is a compatibility problem of other plugin , please check these:
deactivate other plugins and switch to original avada theme, and test again

Hi, following your advice, i've switched to the original avada theme, deactivated ALL plugins apart from types and views. I can see that the JS error only appears when i activate views. Do you have any idea on how i can resolve this?

Thanks in advance
lola

Since it is a compatibility problem, please provide a copy of your website, I need to test and debug it in my localhost, thanks

Here are what I found, the file you provided is not a ZIP file, it is not possible to get your theme file or database with this file:
staging.suttontrust.com-20180205-215448-118.wpress

I searched it with Google, found this thread:
https://stackoverflow.com/questions/47346965/wordpress-media-library-not-working-mediaelementplayer-is-not-a-function
There is a solution in above thread, please try it in your own website

And the credentials you provided above:
https://toolset.com/forums/topic/conflict-with-avada-theme-after-updating-to-latest-version-of-wordpress/#post-610897
It is not valid any more, I get this error:

ERROR: The password you entered for the username techsupport is incorrect.

So I can not test it in your website.
