sorry I closed my last support ticket too early. Then I received the answer of wpbakery.
My issue is that I cannot change design (e.g. Background) in a template which is created with wpbakery page builder.
According to your documentation it should work fine together with "views".
please find the answer from support of wpbakery:
"The issue with template is because it adds the design options such as background in template and then template is pulled onto another page/post. The design options fail to render when it is rendered in such manner. It can only be rendered on the page where it is added."
please advise
on other Posts or pages the wpbakery design Options work well if it is created without toolset.

I would also eventually need to request temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP) to your site. Preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated if possible in order to be of better help and check if some configurations might need to be changed.
I have set the next reply to private which means only you and I have access to it.
Ok - I found that there is a conflict between Yoast plugin.
If you deactivate the Yoast plugin you will see the background color you set to your text block or column or row using WP Bakery page builder:
=> hidden link
I've escalated this as compatibility issue to our next level support for further debugging to ensure that if issue is from our end it should get fixed otherwise this issue should be passed to compatibility team and they will contact the plugin author and there is no ETA on the fix.
I am a bit frustrated due to the fact that Types and Yoast cause a conflict. Yoast is a very important Plugin which has almost no alternatives.
Two weeks ago I opened a support ticket with an issue. This issue was fixed by yourself. Yesterday this problem existed again. Maybe caused by an update of Yoast Plugin?
Do you or the next level support have any recommendations how to fix this? For now I am not able to work with toolset without having a next problem.
We already escalated this issue to our compatibility department and they are handling it. As this is a compatibility issue where we need co-operation from the plugin author as well, there is no ETA on it when the official fix will be available.
I would like to update you that the fix for this issue is shipped with the Toolset views plugin version 2.8.0.1 which you can download from your accounts page. Please update ALL Toolset plugins to it's latest official release version.
