Thank you for getting in touch.
A good way to check why the conditional isn't working is by enabling the debug options by toggling the debug mode switch. See Screenshot.
Once you've done this please go to the frontend and you can copy and paste the debug information to the thread so that I can have a look and see what is happening inside the code.
