Hi,

Thank you for waiting and I'll be following up on this ticket.

From your screenshots, I figured the username that you're logged in as, and that user has two 'Brokers' posts added as the author.
( screenshot: hidden link )

The view 'Broker Profile' used on the 'Broker Profile' page, is set to show 1 most recent 'Brokers' post from the currently logged-in user, which for your user's case is the 'Chris Ollis' post:
hidden link

This post has no 'Broker Services' term selected, which is why when you view the 'Broker Profile' page as that user, you don't see the 'Services Offered' section, just as the conditional block should be working.

And since the 'Brokers' post for my user does have some 'Broker Services' terms selected, I see this section on the 'Broker Profile' page, which confirms that the conditional block is working, as it should be.

I hope this explanation helps and let me know if you have any follow-up questions.

regards,
Waqar

Hi Waqar,

Thank you for the reply. When I sent the inquiry to Luo last week, the same content template was used to display a single Broker post when it was selected. The same content template was also used in another page - hidden link, and it was contained in a View with a filter " Select posts with the author the same as the current logged in user. "

The post that I was viewing would show the Broker Services when viewed by clicking on the link to view the post (content template without the view filter). However, when I looked at the same post using the same content template that was contained in the View with filter, the Broker Services were not visible. The post had some of the Broker Services terms selected.

However, since I started this ticket last week, a developer has been working on the staging site. There are several posts that are entered with the same author (Chris Ollis - me). Some of these do not have Broker Services selected. and I believe that is the one that you mention in your previous message.

I need some time today to sort this out, and I will update this ticket at that time.

Regards,
Chris
