Hi, there is one other ticket I know of where a User tried to integrate WordPress Mobile Pack, but their system does not support custom post types:

It seems we had some trouble and attempted to work with the plugin developers. After a few weeks, communication stopped and we could not proceed with compatibility collaboration. I would not recommend WP Mobile Pack for this reason.

There are several tickets mentioning WPTouch, but most of them are fairly old:

We don't have an official recommendation, but you can see from these tickets the types of issues that other Users encountered. We will try to work with any other plugin authors on compatibility issues, but they generally take a longer time to fix because collaboration is often required with other developers. Sometimes, as in the WP Mobile Pack case, communication stops and we cannot continue.
