Hi there are some plugin that help to create colorful and user-friendly comment section in wordpress. I have tried download some, but ended up only change the comment section in post, it doesn't change my comment section in "Customer post type" page.
I have tried to research but it seems outside of my ability.
please help, thank you so much.

Which comment plugin are we talking about?
It seems that the comment plugin you mentioned above does not support custom post types, since it is a compatibility issue, please share a test site with the same problem, fill below private message box with login details and FTP access, also point out the problem post URLs.

Hi I was using "wpDiscuz" comment plugin.

is there any comment plugin recommend by Toolset?

Or is there anyway to customize comment section by Toolset?
(I hope customer can comment without leaving name and web address.)

Thanks for the details, the "wpDiscuz" comment plugin supports custom post types, please try these:
1) Dashboard-> Toolset-> Post Types, find and edit your custom post type, in section "Sections to display when editing", enable option "Comments"

2) Create a new custom post type post, in section "Discussion", enable option "Allow comments"

3) Follow "wpDiscuz" document to enable their feature in your custom post types:
