[Resolved] Comment box duplicating when using in the content template

getting two comment box . one in the shortcode position and other one in the bottom default position.

Are you going to remove the comment box in the bottom default position?
If it is, this should be in your theme file, for example, WordPress default theme 2020, it is defined in theme file \twentytwenty\template-parts\content.php, line 86:

<?php comments_template(); ?>

You will need to find the similar PHP codes and remove them, you can also check it with your theme author.
