[Resolved] Collapsible Views are not working & blank

This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:

The issue here is that the user created an accordion in Layouts however it wasn't working on the frontend.

Solution:

In a case like this it is usually caused by a plugin conflict , so I would recommend disabling all the non-toolset plugins and checking again to see if the accordion starts working once more.

Hi Ramez,

The accordions still open and close fine even with the setting change.

Could you perhaps do a short video Highlighting the setting you selected as well as the results on the frontend.

This would greatly help me to see the issue since i'm not able to replicate.

Thanks,
Shane

Hi Ramez,

If I cannot see the issue clearly then i'm not sure how to proceed.

In both instances the accordions work fine.

Is it possible to provide some screenshot or a video that clearly identifies the issue that I should be looking at ?

Thanks,
Shane

Sir seems to be weired but we need your quickest intervention...from our end as users not me only but ALL who contacted us reported the issue.
When I Activate the WPML the page that has nested view Article/Sermons isn't working
Also any other page like it (for logged in users) isn't working too.
Either it's not loading (blank page) or it's loading but the collapsible menu isn't active when you click it's not working bringing results below.
PLEASE TRY MORE THAN BROWSER & MAY BE ANDROID DEVICES OR WINDOWS which are more used with the Arabic people.
Please do your best to fix it the soonest...the ticket took long time...just because you didn't see it from your end...please give us more time till it appears before you & to fix it.
Thanks

Contin. because when we set the Pages to be:
Translatable - use translation if available or fallback to default language
The issue appears....to not affect our visitors please do it when you test...this is the link to avoid language misunderstanding:

hidden link

Kindly after finishing return it back. For it affects our visitors from using the page that has the issue
Thanks

Hi Ramez,

You can revert the site now. I was able to see the issue. It seems to be a js error that is causing this.

Would you mind allowing me to take a copy of this site so that I can continue testing locally ? Please allow me to create the copy before reverting

This might even be a server issue with the php version so if possible could you let me know which version of php this server is running ?

Looking forward to hearing from you soon.

Thanks,
Shane
