[Resolved] Collapsible Views are not working & blank

This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:

The issue here is that the user created an accordion in Layouts however it wasn't working on the frontend.

Solution:

In a case like this it is usually caused by a plugin conflict , so I would recommend disabling all the non-toolset plugins and checking again to see if the accordion starts working once more.

This support ticket is created 5 years, 11 months ago. There's a good chance that you are reading advice that it now obsolete.

I am trying to:
Collapsible Views in these pages stopped from working.

I expected to see:
Active collapsible taxonomies & their children & posts

Instead, I got:
Inactive or blank pages

I couldn't bring Debug info .. not getting out.

Hi Ramez,

Thank your for contacting our support forum.

This seems to be a plugin conflict.

What I would recommend that you do is to temporarily disable all the non toolset plugins and try again to see if it starts working again.

This recently occurred after an update in WPML ?

I want to try to replicate this issue locally so please let me know. Also the Accordions are they built using our layouts plugin ?

Also the credentials you sent don't seem to work so I was unable to log in and check on it

I discovered the issue is temp resolved when I adjusted Pages to be not translatable
So this seems to be the issue with Pages.
I gues when I deleted a page this issue happened.

Hi Ramez,

I logged onto your site and saw that WPML was enabled.

Is it being caused by the translation management and string translations plugin ? If so could you enable them as the language of the site makes it difficult for me to navigate.

I logged into the site and saw that WPML was enabled, however the accordions were still working fine on my end even with WPML enabled

If you changed the setrings to make Pages Translatable this page will not work at all & won't load
If loaded accordiins won't work
Please change Pages to be translatable & test.
