Hello. Thank you for contacting the Toolset support.

I'm not sure how exactly you added the content/product.

When I try to access the site URL you shared - it shows me coming soon page.

Can you pleases share admin access details and tell me what view/content template you are using to display your product.

*** Please make a FULL BACKUP of your database and website.***
I would also eventually need to request temporary access (WP-Admin) to your site. Preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated if possible in order to be of better help and check if some configurations might need to be changed.

I have set the next reply to private which means only you and I have access to it.

I see when I edit any of your product, on right side bar with the content template box, it shows that the content template is assigned is "Sjabloon voor homepageTS" , you need to make sure you assign the correct product template to all of your products.

I want all products to look the same. I am not sure to what I need to set it. Also when a new product is added, it should get the right template, don't want to manually change them...

There seems to be some error or I would like to run a compatibility test and for that I will require a duplicator copy of your site.

Can you please send me duplicator copy:

Also, I found that if I reload the post, it loads the correct content template.

If you are using any cache can you please try to disable it, and in addition to rule out any compatibility issue:
Could you please try to resolve your issue by deactivating all third-party plugins as well as the default theme to check for any possible conflicts with any of the plugins or themes? - Do you see any difference?

I found that disabling the caching plugin solved the issue. I am now shown the product when clicking on it. Thanks for your quick help!
