Hi,
I have a custom post type, and a user form, which both contains the default Word press description textarea. They can be created and updated via front end, throug a post form and user form, by registered user. The forms are made with Toolset forms.
The textareas both use the classic editor(like you see here: https://wordpress.org/plugins/classic-editor/).

I can manage to allow disallow certain html tags, through toolset forms content filter settings.

However the <p> and <br /> are removed when editing the forms, and are not saved.

How can I allow users to edit frontend forms so that line breaks (<br />) and paragraphs (<p>) are saved in textareas?

Best regards,
Anders

Hello,

I have tried in it a fresh WP installation + the latest version of Toolset plugins, it works fine, I can save the HTML p + br tags without any problem.

So the problem is abnormal, please check the same steps as your another thread:
https://toolset.com/forums/topic/textarea-in-frontend-forms-dont-display-if-contains-link-a-tag/#post-1645913

If the problem still persists, please provide database dump file(ZIP file) of your website, also point out the problem page URL and form URL, I need to test and debug it in my localhost, thanks
